Masjid Abu Bakr was founded in 1994 when it was just a warehouse and then purchased to be transformed into a mosque for the Muslim community who are predominately from the Asian sub-continent.

As yeats have gone by, the Muslim community has grown bigger and more diverse. We are now proud to say our community represents over 20 different nationalities.
